- Direct and manage Procurement operations. Has to ensure that the staff executes on delivering consistent high quality level service and customer satisfaction; and achieves a cost efficient operations in compliance with company policies and procedures, ISO standards and other regulatory guidelines.

- Achieve Operations KPIs through sources, effective and prompt communications and follow-up on all procurement matters.

- Identifying and developing alternate vendor source for achieving cost effective purchases of raw materials and out sourcing requirements.

- To carry out aggressive negotiation of price and buying terms for all purchases.

- Preparing scheduling agreement for highly consumable items.

- Developing cost effective transport solutions (imports and indigenous) in hand with logistics center.

- Cost saving projects through procuring raw materials from alternate vendor.

- Overlook Supplier Registration & Vendor Evaluation as per ISO guidelines.

- Maintain excellent rapport with the material vendors and get constant market information

- Visit suppliers as per annual tour plan

- Maintain performance statistics and ensure accurate record keeping of all operational documents.

- Plan and monitor daily staffing schedules and adjusts accordingly to ensure adequate staffing levels that support operational demands and business objectives.

- Work with senior management to develop a business plan and goals for department.

- Conduct annual performance reviews for all staff within department.

- Identify and record process quality problems and initiate or recommend solution to these problems, verify and control the implementation.

- Utilize effective communication or negotiation skills, employing diplomacy and sensitivity to resolve critical or escalated issues affecting the production, staff or management.

- Maintain performance statistics and ensure accurate record keeping of all operational documents.

- Ensure directives, rules and procedures are communicated to all operations' staff.

- Manage and oversee administrative functions to ensure all documentation is processed and maintained efficiently in a timely manner to meet all compliance requirements.

- Utilize superior communications skills to motivate staff and develop effective working relationships with peers, executives and clients.

- Train and certify new employees on all performance standards.

- Personally coach, train and mentor direct reports and provide opportunities through training and quality management activities.

- Conduct annual performance reviews for all staff within department.

- Address all employee performance problems promptly and directly in accordance with Company personnel policies and procedures.
