Manipal Group - Assistant General Manager - Sales & Marketing

Responsibilities :

1. Create Sales & Marketing strategies to support MTL - Digital Solutions Pre-Media Opportunities

2. Determine annual budgets by implementing effective sales & marketing strategies to achieve the goal

3. Sell Pre-Media services/solutions to brands, agencies, printers, aggregators across the globe

4. Plan and execute Sales & Marketing engagement campaigns consisting of email, webinars, videos, social media advertising, marketing collateral, and new tactics to promote awareness, drive leads, onboard new accounts

5. Management of sales team, sales growth, effective collection, compliance to sales process, and customer satisfaction

6. Track lead indicators in the business segment for effective planning to cater to the new opportunities in the market place

Experience :

1. Must have at least 5 years- experience in a similar function within the FMCG/ITeS industry

2. Should ideally have exposure to at least one of the following : Image Processing (photoshop), Packaging Premedia, Publishing Services, Print or digital media in a client-facing role.
