JOB PURPOSE
- Acquire qualified leads through digital channels for conversion by sales teams
- Own both paid and organic channels of digital acquisition
CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Work with the business and marketing teams to develop the acquisition strategy for the markets and businesses (target groups, planned nos., budgets etc)
- Execute the day-to-day strategy and course correction measures
- Continuously interact with business and marketing teams to track lead quality
- Keep track of other marketing activities to understand their impact on customer acquisition
- Regular reporting of campaign effectiveness
- Work with content, creative, IT teams for execution of the campaigns
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES
Skills and Knowledge
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in handling digital customer acquisition (both B2B and B2C)
- Important to have some experience of customer acquisition in international markets
- Complete familiarity with advertising platforms in search, social, database, display, video etc
- Experience in negotiating with and managing digital agencies
- Experience in using CRM and marketing automation tools
- Understanding of key marketing functions e.g. branding, content, PR etc and how they impact customer acquisition
Competencies -
- Very strong analytical abilities
- Strong in setting up processes
- Familiar with emerging trends in marketing and able to implement them in strategies
- Able to handle ambiguity
- Able to get work done through non-reporting relationships
