Manipal Global Education - Project Manager

Job Purpose :

- Meeting Customer and understanding project requirements; same can be also through Request for Proposal Documents (RFP)

- Planning against Tender Document and against MeritTrac execution capability. Sign Off from customer on Plan and Deliverables.

- Translating Requirements & deliverables into a Process Note/Project Plan covering activities, quality checks, risk mitigation and cost optimization

- Executing the Project Plan through delivery teams that do not report directly into the project management team

- Owing the project and reviewing, anticipating, following up and ensuring closure of line items on the project

- Graduate Engineer and above

- Having knowledge of the Assessment landscape, Knowledge of best practices in Test delivery is important for effective Program Management

- Customer Management & Customer Retention

- Strong communication & relationship management skills

- Good understanding of technology used in Assessments (assessment platform knowledge, computers, tablets and other handheld devices)

- Knowledge of fundamentals on Test design & delivery

- Overall work experience of 10 to 15 years

Good candidates with slightly lesser experience may also be considered
