Responsibilities: - Set objectives for the HR team and track progress - Hands-on experience on Enterprise Resource Planning software - Maintaining CV Tracker, Coordinating interviews. - Back and forth coordination with Partners and Candidates. - Maintaining a database in excels and providing when required. - Monitor internal HR systems, HR metrics and databases - Monitoring manpower cost v/s revenue & budgets on a regular basis - Create detailed reports on HR costs - Responsible for entire gamut of campus recruitment activity (Pre-campus, On-Campus, Post-Campus activities) - Preparing offers and conducting Induction programs for employees.
