- Develops a work plan with financial goals, timelines
- Develops and manages a portfolio of 15 to 20 large pan-India relations
- Key account engagement - Database building & client engagement through networking.
- Creation of relationship roadmap at the client level
- Student Engagement - Driving novel student engagement initiatives to ensure low escalations and reduce TAT on grievance handling
- Delivery management of approved mandates
- Lead Generation
- Cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders
