Job Title - Managing Partner - Startup Ecosystem Program Head
Grade - Leadership Band, called R Band
Reporting to - Business Head Startup Ecosystem Business
Place of work - BKC Mumbai
Business Unit - Startup Ecosystem Business
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Design the startup program comprising of curated products and services.
2. Engage with product teams and external service providers to create segment-based proposition for startups
3. Create collaterals with marketing teams. Design and execute campaigns for acquisition and wallet penetration
4. Create and manage a framework for R&R for all the teams
5. Define process for prospecting and acquisition of startup clients for different products and services
6. Build digital journeys and create assisted digital workflows.
7. Create a single repository (microsite) for startup program, various customized products and services, which are components of the programs, along with process / workflow documentation
8. Roll out/launch startup program through internal and external communications. Train the team and create Train the Trainer (TTT) module for the field team, to carry out the activity on a regular basis
9. Create a monitoring framework for performance tracking of the unit and publish report on regular basis
10. Act as a feeder to the business teams for acquisition and wallet penetration
