Key Result Areas:
- Lead the Performance Consulting practice for efficiency and effectiveness
- Create and manage standardized curriculum to enhance the offering of the company for client organizations
- Deepen relationships with strategic clients for repeat business and with associate partners for delivery
- Ensure seamless coordination and delivery of client engagements
- Manage and develop Performance Consultants for standard quality client experience
- Manage accountability of delivery coordination for seamless operations and cost efficiency
Activities:
- Constantly work on creating, developing and adding to curriculum and knowledge base for the organization
- Design training content and supplementary material (power point slides, handouts etc.) necessary to meet training needs
- Manage the internal and external associates for seamless client engagement delivery
- Conduct activities to expand the company's pool of resources for performance consulting delivery
- Understanding and supporting the sales team in making proposals, preview presentations and content development
- Create, train, audit and manage processes related to Performance Consulting
- Manage Performance Consulting practice as a value center including costs
- Manage the client need analysis, design and delivery for the critical client initiatives
Skills Required:
- Postgraduate with at least 12 years of work experience
- Mandatory experience of at least 2 years in a people consulting company
- Functional experience of at least 2 years in sales, customer service or operations role
- Should have prior experience in conducting leadership programs
- Exposure to psychometric tools, coaching and long-term learning solutions will be added advantage
- Experience of 2 - 4 years in a behavioral training delivery role
- Should have prior experience in content development and managing training team
- Good communication skills - fluency in Indian languages will be an added advantage
