- Retaining and sustaining talent

- Camping planning

- Being the coach to the team

- Creating interesting chapter layouts for planning purposes

- Keeping a tap on sector intelligence and crucial media movements

- Being the advisor to the client on regular basis

- Strong command over English

- Sharp writing and planning skills

- Leadership skills

- Strategic bend of mind

- Training that WMS provides to each candidate
