Job Description : The role is to manage the end to end commercial and non-commercial functions for the organization in India.

Client Details : Our client is a large global education organization and has a global shared services center in India.

Description :

- Provide top management and strategic guidance to all shared service operations

- Accountable to manage the operations, budgets and services delivery from the shared services operations

- Provide leadership to the support teams in the shared services operations - HR, Finance, Business Assurance

- Relationship Management and capturing voice of the customer for directional trends and corrective or preventive action steps

- Transparent and robust Framework around Visual Management and Management by metrics to deliver surprise and risk-free delivery

Profile :

- Knowledge of managing and developing a Shared Service Centre

- Required domain knowledge

- Knowledge/understanding of Finance / IS / other corporate function operations.

- Knowledge of managing premises moves or setting up new premises.

- Working seamlessly with matrix reporting structures

- Commercial savviness
