Manufacturing Plants - Gujarat & Corporate Office - Delhi

Job Summary : Objective

This position (Managing Director) will be tasked with growing and developing sales across India, uncovering opportunities to expanding our network and position as key supplier of uPVC, sliding doors, windows and more. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing organization that has carved out a unique premium brand in the Fenestration Industry globally.

Develop and implement strategy market expansion strategy both in terms of volume and product portfolio of the company, with prime focus in India. Aligning with growth and support strategy at Asia level, making India entity as an export hub of major manufacturer & supplier. Seeking an individual who is willing to take higher strategic role for a company having presence globally and is generating overall sales 8 figures (Euros) in India. Will be handling all functions (Operations, SCM, Marketing, HR, Finance, Warehouse, Marketing and Sales). Sales & Strategy

- Plan and strategize the sale of product portfolio & brand development.

- Forecast domestic annual sales (annual business plan) and accommodate export demands, review plans for plan Vs actual.

- Focus on developing market in India for deeper penetration

- Focus on expanding lamination sales develop strategy and action plan.

- Coordinate with HQ for synchronised communication/ relationship.

Product Development:

- Lead in strategizing new investment and product requirement as & when required.

- Define strategies and action plan for production output in tandem with production head

- Oversee plant expansion & conduct feasibility study of local extrusion with additional tools for local production.

Personnel Management:

- Recommend recruitment of key roles in the company.

- Ensure values of the company- Harmony, Respect and Work Ethics are followed by staff.

- Take report of Learning & Development of employees for succession plan and skill upgradation.

- Establish India as a training centre & support for Region (SE Asia, Middle East and North Africa).

- Maintain the status quo of change management (Cultural aspect) and improvise if needed.

Finance & Compliance:

- Ensure system and process are implemented as per the compliance.

- Regular report sharing with HQ for issues and update.

- Develop system & develop check and balance for system driven organisation.

Marketing:

- Oversee marketing department to ensure brand presence via- seminar, workshops, exhibitions.

- Manage team of marketing and guide them with ideas for brand management.

- Oversee PR activities and digital media presence.

Requirement :

- Bachelors' degree from good college/university & working experience 15+ years

- MBA (Marketing will be preferred).

- Good communication skills- communicate at ease with different hierarchy of organization, clients and vendors.

- Relocation willingness would be an advantage Travel centric job.

- High on work ethics and integrity.

- Good networking skills.

- Good conflict resolution skills.
