Managing Director - COO

- Provide Thought Leadership and proactively identify and co-ordinate the strategic level opportunities, challenges and risks associated with Remote Working and to ensure becomes a source of strategic strength.

- Working closely with Technology Group stakeholders ensure required technical infrastructure is in place/developed to meet current and future needs. Ensure local Technology support teams are operating effectively.

- Ensure local Technology provision meets local requirements and is aligned with group policies, practices and organisational models.

- Maintain a detailed understanding of current and emerging Regulatory, Financial, Tax, Legal and Operational requirements that may impact entities and develop appropriate recommendations and action plans.

- Develop and lead appropriate Group wide stakeholder governance and feedback structures to ensure that are delivering to the needs of Groups/Divisions
