Managing Director/Commercial Head - FinTech Startup (15-20 yrs)
For a Fintech startup, we are looking for a Managing Director/Commerical head for the India office. We are also looking for the following:
1) In depth knowledge of the banking & financial services industry in Mumbai.
2) In depth knowledge of the credit products (preferably for SMEs)
3) Track records of building successful teams from ground up, managing small nimble teams that can develop ambitious plans and deliver high quality results.
4) Knowledge of statutory, regulatory and compliance requirements particularly around data protection.
5) Experience/ability to interact with and build client relationships.
6) Experience in working in a matrix, global organization.
7) Experience of having built a team from ground up.
8) Experience in managing and working with people who are technically highly skilled in a specific discipline.
9) Needs to have a customer centric perspective, work in partnerships with customers and make it a collaborative partnership, not merely a supplier relationship.
10) Should be able to immediately understand and add value to the product by tapping the outside market and network.
