- Manage, drive and monitor daily operations of India to ensure profitable and efficient performance
- Motivate and lead the local management team by example as well as the entire workforce to accomplish Leadership strategy
- Develop and implement strategic sales plan to achieve company target and increase market share, and establish as a first-choice partner
- Partner with regional and global leaders to identify the growth opportunities and direct team activities accordingly
- Continuously improve efficiency and guide the local team to achieve operational excellence
- Responsible for strategic forecast and annual budget process
- Responsible for local compliance with local laws and regulations Best Practice and global policies
- Advise regional management team on local issues
- Bachelor's degree or above in Sales and Marketing or similar experiences suitable for the position is required.
- At least 20 years work experience and 10 years in management position in multinational company
