Our client a Retained Executive Search firm is looking for Managing Consultants/Principal Consultants /business partners to be based in Mumbai, Delhi, Pune & Bangalore.
The client is an MNC having offices in 50 countries, in India having offices in Mumbai, Delhi, Baroda & Pune.

Job Locations : Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Bangalore
Qualification : Graduate with a management degree preferred
Experience : Total experience 15 to 20 years, minimum 2 to 5 years with retained search firms need only apply. Preference will be given to those who deal at CXO /Board of Directors level for Top level Mandates.
Age: 40 to 50 years
- Incumbent will be responsible for acquiring new clients & managing relationship with existing clients
- Person from executive search firm or consulting organisations having live contacts at the top level preferred
- Compensation will be fixed + high variable / negotiable
- Should have excellent communication and networking skills.
- Person having his own business of executive search with live contacts can join as a business partner & manage their own verticals in association with the MNC brand
- People with right experience as mentioned above need only apply
