Qualifications :
- BE/ B.Tech degree (Chemical/Pharma/Med dev) with industry experience will be an added advantage
- Masters/PG in Management Studies (Operations/ Industrial/ Finance)
Location : Mumbai
Experience :
- 10-12 years of experience in Industrial Management Consulting Experience
OR
- Minimum 9 years of management consulting experience and 3-5 chemical/healthcare and related Industries
Technical/Industrial Competencies :
- Experience in Chemical / healthcare
Functional Competencies:
- Supply Chain Management
- Operations/ Manufacturing/ Production Management
- Maintenance Management
- Procurement Management
- Inventory and Warehousing Management
- Digitalization (Industry 4.0/X.0 Optional)

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Support to Partner/ Principle in lead generation/ business development; client management/handling
- Project budget management; project planning and management
- Internal MIS Management (Knowledge of project finances/ team utilization/ practice-solution development)
- Support to Partner/ Principal in development of presentations and content for conferences; presentation of the same in conferences and business events
- Development of presentations/ project reports/ industry analysis papers/ Thought Leadership Papers/ research papers
- Development of client proposals/ point of view documents/ bid budgeting/ client meeting content/ client acquisition teasers or snapshots
- Storyboarding, market screening for business opportunities
