Role Purpose : To build and maintain a high performance sales organization to effectively achieve business objectives.
Role Description :
Duties will be varied and will include but are not limited to :
- To be responsible for delivery of Sales Targets in the region.
- To be responsible for Operational standardization.
- To be reporting to Management about Performance of Sales Team/ Operational standards Reports, CRM implementation across clinics.
- To be responsible to monitors and drives the sales/ clinic teams to perform better by adhering to price standards
- To Train and guide the sales/ clinic teams to perform better
- Leadership skills
- Initiatives/ Ideas to increase revenue and or improve services
- To take initiatives and comes up with business ideas to increase revenue and improve service standards
- Attendance/ Punctuality/ Conduct of the team
- Ensures expenses are in control
- Address customer issues and queries in accurate and timely manner.
- To be responsible for assisting in interviewing, recruiting, and training staffs.
- To be responsible for retention and daily appreciation of staff.
- Evaluate employee performance and develop individual development plans
- Develop safe and positive work environment for staffs.
- To be responsible for ensuring grooming standards as per the company are met.
