Manager- Workforce Management (Six Sigma Green/ Black Belt)

Job Description:

- Conduct PULSE (Process) productivity improvement-based assessments at selected sites, drive, and mentor team during assessments to identify areas of improvement across Cost efficiency, process, Safety, Elimination of waste, NVA etc.

- End to End Project management for Automation - Identifying the automation initiatives across businesses, define problem statement, conduct Management level meetings.

- Collaborations with all the Internal Stakeholders to manage data logistics including data transfers, understanding data structures, processes, problems, etc. to enable project execution & drive cost saving projects.

- Hands on experience of driving Productivity Improvement and Lean Management projects in Warehouse and Manufacturing operations 5. Conceptualize KPI's to measure, track & benchmark performance in various aspects of the business through Activity Based tracking approach.

- Assess the WH, SLF operations around various aspects of Process performance, KPI, productivity, HR, Safety, CI approach and trigger areas of improvement to drive Benchmark level of performance through use of Lean, Six Sigma & Productivity Improvement Tools like MTM and MOST

- Driving improvements through deployment of Automation tech (IOT, AI, VR, AR, AGV) & Mechanization.

- Hands on experience in driving productivity improvement projects across WH, SLF sites leading to bottom line improvement in operations through Lean Six Sigma Approach.
