Manager - Workforce Management - Pulse & Automation (7-10 yrs)

Job Description:

1. Conduct PULSE (Process) productivity improvement-based assessments at selected sites, drive and mentor team during assessments to identify areas of improvement across Cost efficiency, process, Safety, Elimination of waste, NVA etc.

2. End to End Project management for Automation

Identifying the automation initiatives across businesses, define problem statement , conduct Management level meetings, define project charter , identify & develop tech partner / vendor ecosystem for Automation conduct POC /pilot for the selected problem statement , conduct site feasibility study ,budget planning , IRR , payback work out , get business case approved and deployment of the automation initiatives , evaluate result and prove on savings , plan horizontal deployment with vertical teams / vertical automation champion.

3. Collaborations with all the Internal Stakeholders to manage data logistics including data transfers, understanding data structures, processes, problems, etc. to enable project execution & drive cost saving projects.

4. Hands on experience of driving Productivity Improvement and Lean Management projects in Warehouse and Manufacturing operations

5. Conceptualize KPI's to measure, track & benchmark performance in various aspects of the business through Activity Based tracking approach

6. Assess the WH, SLF operations around various aspects of Process performance, KPI, productivity, HR, Safety, CI approach and trigger areas of improvement to drive Benchmark level of performance through use of Lean, Six Sigma & Productivity Improvement Tools like MTM and MOST

7. Driving improvements through deployment of Automation tech (IOT, AI, VR, AR, AGV) & Mechanization

8. Driving operations team performance by capability building on continuous improvement approaches for achieving Customer delight

9. Hands on experience in driving productivity improvement projects across WH, SLF sites leading to bottom line improvement in operations through Lean Six Sigma Approach. Should have demonstrated process-based working and should have delivered Cost Efficiency through improvement projects

10. Ability to work & deliver under pressure and excellent time management skills

11. Support the company level Innovation Incubator program with the Logistics Startups by anchoring few startups, mentoring and guiding them on the Use Cases assigned as per Project charter deliverable
