Job Role:
- Closely work with Business Head to assist in execution of SME 3.0 strategy
- Responsible for Business Unit Budgeting & Monitoring Monthly performance incl. identifying and plugging revenue leakage
- Prepare Business Review presentations
- Coordinate with the WBG BIU team to ensure seamless MIS reporting
- Designing RM KRA- s, Leader board & Incentive Policies
- Drive key strategic initiatives of Business Unit including BIG 5
- Responsible to ensure timely completion of activities laid down by management
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Banking
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for details
- CA, MBA or any other similar qualification
- Strong Excel and ppt skills
