Overview: Prakritik Lifestyles is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Manager to join our team.

- As a Sales Manager specializing in reseller affiliate management, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence in the FMCG Wellness segment.

- This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone with a proven track record in driving sales and nurturing strong partnerships within the industry.

Responsibilities:.

- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our reseller affiliate network in the FMCG Wellness sector.

- Panchkarma & Wellness Center to grow the revenue of the Center.

- Reach out to corporates, yoga Centers, gyms to organise wellness camps including Nadi pariksha, osteopathy and marma.

- Identify and onboard new reseller affiliates, nurturing relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and sustained business growth.

- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with brand objectives and promotional activities.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to capitalize on emerging opportunities and mitigate potential risks.

- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management.

- Conduct regular performance reviews with reseller affiliates, offering support and guidance to maximize their sales potential and overall productivity.

- Represent Prakritik Lifestyles at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and network with potential partners.

Requirements:.

- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in sales management within FMCG Wellness Brands, with a focus on reseller affiliate channels.

- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
