Job Purpose : - You will be responsible to manage website design, development and maintenance in close collaboration with internal digital teams and external vendors Roles & Responsibilities : - Coordinate with various agencies for new designs, development, upkeep & maintenance; resolve production and implementation issues in a timely manner. - Responsible to manage the product / sprint backlog for the website. - Prioritize features/enhancements based on alignment with other digital marketing teams & create a roadmap for development. - Benchmark services offered by competitors/other industry leaders on the website (chatbots, branch locator, etc.) and create a roadmap. - Analyse on-going performance of the website; ensure website quality and efficiency by conducting regular test plans. - Responsible to lead execution of design enhancements (page design, UX, services features, navigation, etc.) focused on improving the user experience. - Ensure the development teams are practicing the core agile principles of collaboration; Update agile tracking systems to provide transparency on Product and Sprint Backlog
