Manager - Warehouse Operation - eCommerce Startup (5-12 yrs)
About the Role :
- The operations team owns the execution of daily operations and ensures we deliver the M&G to the customers in a timely fashion. As a Warehouse Operations Manager - First Mile Operations, you will manage resources like infrastructure, labors and also plan the daily operations in terms of receiving/ order building/ dispatching that helps run a seamless supply chain system.
- Responsible for end to end first mile operations.
Required Skills :
1. Prior experience in process design and operations implementation (preferably in Logistics / Supply chain management)
2. Prior leadership experience. (experience in managing blue collared employees is a bonus)
3. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise to meet daily, weekly, and long-term requirements and goals
4. Data analytics skills / should be comfortable working with MS excel. Should have the intuition to use data effectively for devising operations strategy
5. The candidate should have an entrepreneurial attitude
6. Must have attention to detail and critically think through and resolve problems
7. Candidate should know the local language Kannada.
