Manager - Warehouse - eCommerce (4-6 yrs)
Our is a 4-year-old ecommerce startup going through a period of RAPID growth (we- ve gotten huge traction due to COVID!) as we lead the transformation of last mile delivery in India using tech-led shared mobility as a disruptor. Backed by large investors. The company is present in Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai & Pune with a fleet of 30,000+ trucks serving 1 million+ customers. We are looking to expand to the top ten cities in India shortly.
Major Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for Managing Warehouses operations, and distribution
- Manage for cost and productivity in warehouse operations
- Hire, motivate, train, and sustain a high-performance Warehouse team
- Ensure the warehouse is compliant with current safety and health regulations and the team is trained properly
- Prepares SOP's and ensure adherence for fulfilment processes
- Manage performance and cost of drivers attached to the warehouses.
- Manage customer accounts that the warehouse services. Grow the customer base by providing excellent service.
Candidate should be:
- 4-8 years' experience in warehouse operations in a large company
- Candidate should be able to speak Telugu
- Should have handled at least 50-member team
- Candidate should have an excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill
