Warehouse Manager

The profile Warehouse Manager is based out of Manesar, Gurgaon.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Should be responsible for ensuring quality of material while storage in main store and during issuance.

- Should be responsible for physical verification and counting of the material received as per delivery challan/invoice and follow pre decided process for creating necessary records

- Should be responsible for getting the material inspected/cleared from quality as per pre-defined SOP's.

- Should be responsible for getting the material inspected/cleared from quality as per pre-defined SOP's.

- Should be responsible for creating goods receipt note (GRN) of material received in SAP.

- Should be responsible for making shortage list for material planning and ensure no material shortage at assembly/production line.

- Should be responsible to perform daily perpetual inventory for A class items and should take corrective actions for variance accordingly.

- Responsible for cycle count of A, B & C inventory as per the defined SOP and updating the same SAP.

- Should be responsible to highlight material accumulation, discrepancies and abnormal consumption and initiate necessary control action and internal escalation as per pre-defined process/SOP's

- Should be responsible for end to end implementation and execution of MM module of SAP.

- Should be responsible to determine and track minimum and maximum level(s) of all materials stored

- Should work closely with SAP team and make sure that location of materials reviewed in the system according to the physical size of materials.

- Train and develop the skill matrix for the warehouse team and ensure that adequate skill is available in the warehouse area

- Should support relevant internal stakeholders in determining adequate inventory for spare part management
