Job Description: Sales Manager / VP Sales 1. Manage enterprise sales for a region 2. Work on conversion of both in-bound and out-bound leads 3. Build inside sales team for the company 4. Manage partners for new business 5. Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals 6. Manage the sales teams, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth 7. Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required 8. Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions The candidate must have: - Background of handing sales of SaaS products and be currently working in any of the SAAS based product companies - Experience in selling in Middle East or US - Should have handled a minimum of $500,000 in sales revenue and have experience in Enterprise Sales
