Urgently looking for qualified Chartered Accountants for our Big4 Client in Financial Due Diligence.
Job description:
- Conducting end to end financial due diligence
- Identification of issues and carrying out the relevant financial analysis
- Undertaking smaller assignments or assisting in larger assignments reporting to Director
- Writing Sections of an FDD / VDD report
- Analyzing in depth the financial information (trial balances, income statements, balance sheets and cash flows)
- Highlighting unusual trends observations and frame questions for management
- Interacting with the client or target management
- Reviewing data books prepared in accordance with firm and professional standards and in accordance with the requirements of the project
- Reviewing the work performed by the subordinates and coaching them
- Establishing strong professional relationships with onshore team members
- Providing support/assistance for proposals/business development
Position- Manager/ VP
Location- Mumbai/ Bangalore/ Chennai/ Gurgaon
Qualification- Qualified C.A with a minimum of 5 years of post qualification experience, currently working in a CA Firm/ Big4/ Big5/ Big6.
