Manager - Valuations - BFSI (3-8 yrs)
Key job responsibilities:
As a part of Front office Valuations team you are required to:
- Developing financial models for business valuation and/ or complex security valuations
- Performing valuation analysis on private companies
- Conducting portfolio monitoring across investment finance and portfolio finance
- Investor relations, engaging with investors, replying to investor queries
- Coordinating with multiple stakeholders- portfolio companies, investment team, consultant, valuation committee, regulators, auditors
- Research across topics- industry, market, economic to create well written analysis on each position
Experience: 3 to 6 years
Location: Bangalore (preferred)/ remote
Ideal candidate will be:
1. CA/ CPA/ MBA Finance/ CFA
2. Financial modelling, excellent Microsoft excel and other office products
3. Prior experience in Business valuation/ complex security valuations in a PE/ VC fund/ Big 4 serving PE/ VC/ Hedge fund clients/ Management consulting firms
CTC: upto 35 lacs depending upon current CTC and relevant experience
