Valuation Manager- Real Estate

Key Responsibility Areas :

- Primarily assist in real estate and hospitality corporate real estate engagements in a fast-paced, service-oriented business environment.

- Developing cost models, cash flow planning, building integration plan, etc.

- Analyzing financial statements, conducting market research studies and preparing reports, Application of Free Cash Flows, WACC, Advanced MS Excel models, etc.

Requirements :

- Master's in business administration (MBA) specializing in Finance

- 10 years of direct work experience in real estate valuation projects

- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

- Experience with a BIG4 accounting firm would be provided weightage

- Strong knowledge of key clauses in lease (options, economic terms, terminations)
