- Valuation for financial reporting purposes under USGAAP and IFRS including:
- Purchase Price Allocation
- Impairment testing
- Complex Assets Valuation such as CCDs, Preference Shares, warrants
- ESOPs Valuation
Personality & Interpersonal skills
- Effective communication with auditors, client and team members
- A worthy team player, dedicated to contributing toward the outcome desired by the team
Ideal Candidate
- 4-5 years of post-qualification experience in valuation
- Chartered Accountant/CFA/MBA
- 4-5 years of post-qualification experience in valuation
