Manager - Valuation - Business Advisory/Financial Advisory Firm

We are hiring Manager Valuation for one of our client in Mumbai

Location : Lower Parel (Mumbai)

Job Description:

- The candidate is expected to have good knowledge on valuations with significant consulting acumen.

- The candidate shall be involved in execution of assignments, account management during duration of the assignment.

- Should be good at Market Research (to acquire data from primary or secondary data sources)

- Maintain Central database and MIS.

- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and prepare reports.

- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.

- Submit periodic reports and other deliverables as per departmental schedules.

- Submit responses to internal and external queries.

Desired competencies:

Ideal qualification:

- Preferably a Graduate in Civil/ Architecture / Urban Planning / Economics with PGDM, MBA degree (Preferably from NICMAR or RICS).

- An IBBI certified or Wealth Tax certification would be ideal.

No of Years: 2-4 years of experience.

- Candidate should have previous exposure to RE Valuations preferably employed with an IPC or Real estate arm of Big4.

- Exposure to consulting would be an added advantage.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Good coordination and networking skills, including multi-tasking on different assignments.

- Willingness to do desktop and field research

- Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint; Information Management or Statistics

- Ability to work under strict timelines and deadlines.

- Very good analytical skills and problem-solving ability a must.

- Advanced qualitative & quantitative data mining, research & analytical skills along with pattern & predictive analytics

- Proficiency of Language: English (must be extremely proficient), Hindi compulsory, Marathi (Mumbai)
