Position : UX Manager with a product development organisation Location : Noida Experience : 8-15 years CTC : 30L Role : - To design experiences of all products and applications within the organization to have a positive impact on productivity and business value of every product. - Project Management from UX perspective - Track and manage different projects across department. - Strategic design and product direction of the experiences our team own - Ensure UX team works seamlessly with product teams in agile model by delivering graphic elements, and modifying UX as necessary for feasibility or speed of implementation. - Research &amp; development for next level of user experience - Create/change &amp; maintain design system for product portfolios Education : - Bachelor in Design (B.Des) /Masters in Des(M.Des) /Btech in Industrial Design - Should have led a team of design engineers
