About the Role :

You will help craft and drive the user growth strategy with focus on the following:

- Impact of campaign strategy and product tweaks on new user behavior

- Acquisition Channel performance measures and relevant actionable feedback to channels

- Influence product roadmap with recommendations for website and mobile interventions

Skills and Capabilities:

Education :

MBA or any strong quant discipline with 2 - 4 years relevant experience

Required:

- Proficiency in excel

- Strong inclination to data and driving outcomes

Preferred:

- Exposure to channel management tools and terminology

- Exposure to web analytics tools like Google Analytics, Omniture, Mix Panel etc

- Exposure to working with large datasets

- Exposure R, SAS, Hive, SQL and advanced Excel
