Job Responsibilities :

- Responsible for the key customer and revenue metrics- Revenue, Persistency, APH

- Drive revenue growth and reduce lapse through innovative marketing programs

- To drive in-depth consumer and data analytics to understand the levers that drive customer lapse and policy usage

- Deploy life cycle management strategies to maximize customer stickiness and longevity

- Use data and qualitative diagnostic techniques to make insights action plans to optimize marketing strategies

- Create and execute innovative customer offers and design/ manage multiple customer campaigns

- Campaign design and execution using different contact - ability modes to maximise reach and effectiveness

- Campaign ROI analysis to track results and plough them into future campaign designs.

- Develop detailed strategic roadmap that leads towards the implementation and continuous enhancement of a loyalty marketing program

Requirements :

- Proven track record driving revenue growth and reducing churn through innovative marketing program, in a closed user-group environment

- Adept in understanding and identifying customer behavior patterns

- Strong financial/data analytical skills

- Innovative in thought and solution

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Campaign design using SAS and such tools

- Understanding of new age contact tools specially on mobile/ digital media
