Manager - US Valuation

Role and Responsibilities:

Planning, organizing, conducting, and managing various valuation engagements.

Excellent communication skills are required for interacting with clients, auditors, and partners.

Managing a team while being accountable for the weekly progression and reporting of the engagement to the respective account head in the team.

Responsible and accountable for quality control and accuracy of deliverables.

Oversees multiple engagements simultaneously.

Works collaboratively with the team and is a positive contributor to the firm's culture.

Participates in firmwide initiatives and contributes to the firm's growth.

Leads, trains, and mentors the team, typically comprising assistant & associate managers, senior analysts, analysts /associates; and

Planning for internal and external training for the team's personal and professional development.

Working knowledge of the below will have a preference:

o Portfolio Valuations/ Fair Value Measurements (ASC 820)

o Equity Incentive Awards (ASC 718 and IRC 409A)

o Business Combinations (ASC 805)

o Goodwill Impairment (ASC 350/360)

o Embedded Derivatives (ASC 815)

o Gift & Estate Tax Valuations
