Manager - US Taxation - Consulting Firm

One of our clients is a global consulting firm and hiring for Manager- US Taxation.

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for preparation and review of federal, state, and international US taxes for corporate/partnership clients.

- Responsible for US Tax Returns 1065, 1120, 1120S

- Preparing and implementing tax strategies for clients.

- Client management, account management and people management.

- Calculating and preparing federal/state/local tax provisions and state appearances.

Essential Qualification and Skills:

- 10+ years of relevant experience in US Direct Taxation with consulting/Big 4

- Experience in corporate/partnership client management.

- Hands on exposure with US Federal, State taxes and International Taxes

- Hands on experience on taxation tools such as OneSource, CCH, or Go Systems

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
