Manager - US Staffing Head - IT (12-17 yrs)
Our client Bangalore based IT Company having 12 years presence in India and having global presence would like to employee US Staffing Head for immediate requirement.
Job Description:
- 12+ Years of experience in Business Development, US Staffing and Recruitment.
- Responsible for handling and building client relationships & facilitating contract / permanent staffing business from client.
- Should have excellent knowledge of recruiting and managing team multi locations
- Should be responsible to handle the technical recruiter's team and facilitate them to achieve their individual and team targets.
- Responsible for generating, maintaining and managing strong relationships with the client and fulfilling client staffing needs within minimal time.
- Ensure continuous client satisfaction related to quality control checks and compliance requirements.
- Use consulting approaches in building highly productive business relationships including identifying new client needs and creative solutions.
- Communicates regularly with client to ensure satisfaction with newly placed individuals and resolves issues promptly.
- Responsible for all documentation with the Client once the candidate is placed.
- Respond to all questions, issues, and requests generated by client managers and/or contingent workers in a timely and professional manner.
- Demonstrate leadership at high level
- Should be aggressive, clear communicator with US industry knowledge
Desired Profile:
- 12+ Years of experience in Business Development, US Staffing and Recruitment Mandatory
- Handling complete delivery process into IT staffing
- New Business Development and account management
- Top Management / Client facing capabilities
- Should have proven Track Record in Business development
- Team Handling capabilities
- Well versed with IT/Technology
- Ability to meet the targets on a regular basis.
- Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills.
- Looking for Candidates who can join within a month or immediate.
- Willing to work as per US central timings/Night Shift.
