- Extensive hands-on experience in US staffing in sourcing, screening, shortlisting candidates for key jobs and building candidate pipeline.
- Deep knowledge on IT skills and executing full life-cycle recruiting processes, including paperwork involved in delivery and on boarding of candidates.
- Responsible for team strategy to meet sales goals address and run daily status meetings, review submissions and ensure closures. Able to manage team of at least 3-5 recruiters during multiple US time zones.
- Ability to negotiate pay rate by assessing relevant experience, education, skills and personal qualifications with candidates and third-party vendors.
- Create, maintain resume database for relevant requirements Ability to train new recruiters on how to use Search Engines, Social Media, Mass mailing, Job Portal & Recruiting tools for sourcing candidates and database management.
- Continuously motivate recruitment team to achieve their goals.
- Exposure in managing high volume of IT requirements.
- Meet all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines. Maintain proper follow ups and updates with the clients and internal stakeholders.
- Adhere to all internal policies and legal standards of US Staffing.
- Take ownership and work on achieving targets.
- Should be able to operate independently without much supervision
