Job opportunity in Mumbai for leading large non-IT and IT recruitment experience need operational experience (client operational) for US and UK market.

Location: Mumbai (Night Shift)

Your Employer:

A multinational company that provides consulting and processing services and has a very strong foothold in the industry.

Responsibilities:

- Creating end to end HR outsourcing solution focusing on key solution tenants and leverage digital to create a compelling solution

- Driving and compiling leading practices, and process design considerations incorporating build to operate efficiency design principles

- Designing customized HR solutions & lead client workshops - solution presentation and solution orals

Requirements:

- Minimum 18 + years of experience in Human Resources consulting & Solution

- Worked on HRIS cloud-based technologies like Workday, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow

- End to End knowledge of HR function with mandatory experience in EDM/WFDA as well (Employee Data Management)

- Should have at least managed 100 FTE

- Should have done international recruitment like tapping into the US and UK markets
