Manager - US Benefits Administrator - BPO/ITeS (6-10 yrs)

Manager - US Benefits Administrator

- Manage benefits administration (health, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, 401k, etc.) including determining eligibility, enrolment and presentation of benefit programs, annual enrolment activities

- Help Design benefit programs (insurance, wellness etc.)

- Advise and inform employees of the details of the company's benefit programs and monitor use

- Maintain calendar and ensure timely submission of all government filings

- Resolve benefit-related issues and respond to queries and requests in a timely manner

- Handle all benefit compensation and reimbursement procedures

- Work with outsourced leave administrator and coordinate leaves of absence and process claims or requests (medical operations, worker's compensation, etc.)

- Maintain and create records, reports, and documentation in accordance with federal, state, and provider regulations

- Administer workers compensation to include maintaining workers- comp files, reporting of claims, and investigating work-related claims

- Collaborate closely with payroll and accounting department and ensure that payments and payroll deductions are processed accurately and in a timely manner

Qualification And Experience :

1. 6+ years of US corporate payroll and benefits experience, in a large organization / multi- location support) in a fast-paced environment

2. Proven experience as benefits administrator

3. Solid understanding of different benefit plans (retirement, health & dental insurance, 401(k), etc.) and relevant regulations

4. Experience with UltiPro human resource management is a plus

5. Proficient in MS Office and/or HRMS system

6. Understanding of data recording and analysis

7. Excellent organizational skills

8. Outstanding communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities

9. Attention to detail

10. Understanding of the importance of confidentiality
