Manager - Urban Infrastructure Management - Consulting Firm

Preferred Education Background : BE/BTech (in Civil/Environment) and MBA /Masters of Planning from reputed institutes

Experience : Preferably 7-12 years experience (Should have at leaset 4-6 years of experience) in urban infrastructure management (water supply, sewerage, waste management, public sanitation, transport etc.) The expert should have sound knowledge of financial modeling and have undertaken pre-feasibility and feasibility analysis of projects, experience of DPRs will be advantageous. The experience of urban project financing will also be considered advantageous. The expert should be comfortable in undertaking research on Smart Cities,

Job Description:

- The expert will be responsible for taking up urban infrastructure projects with respect to Pre-feasibility and feasibility assessment, detailed project documentation, undertake project financial analysis, and viability assessment of projects in urban service management.

- Design and undertake surveys for undertaking As-Is assessment and project service demand assessment, demand projections and demand gap assessments

- Urban sector policy - research and development, assistance in undertaking urban service reforms.

- Urban service benchmarking, preparing monitoring mechanisms, and undertake service level assessments.

- Should have an aptitude to learn, undertake research and development

- Assist the team in preparing key section of reports

- Assist the team in undertaking business development activities, and prepare proposals client pitch, etc.

- Should be willing to travel on short notices.

- The base location will be Gurgaon, however, on requirement the expert may be requested to travel to project locations with short to medium period of 3-6 months.
