Manager - Urban Finance  Job Description  Position - Manager (Urban Infrastructure Finance/ PPP), Location - Delhi/ Mumbai  Department: Urban Infrastructure Advisory   Role Summary  Functional Responsibility/ Domain Related   - Use domain strengths to generate business by developing client relationships, identify/ generate leads, make effective pitches, write effective proposals, etc. in his/her area of domain strength.   - Work independently on consulting projects/ assignments; manage different aspects of project management including quality, timelines, the profitability of execution, client satisfaction/ relationship, billing, collections, etc.   - Undertake data collection, business analysis; develop models, report preparation and final presentation to the client with the help of other team members.   - Be open to work on assignments unrelated to current domain strengths in the analytical capacity, simultaneously building knowledge/ skills in such new areas.   - Conduct outreach activities by writing articles, in-house research, deliver presentations in seminars/ conferences, etc.  - Be open to working on assignments across locations in India and abroad. This would imply a willingness to travel and be stationed at client site depending on the requirements of the assignment.   Essential Qualification  - MBA (Finance)/ Charter Accountant or equivalent   - Should have 6 - 10 years of Transaction/ PPP Advisory experience including feasibility studies, business plan, financial modelling, project structuring, bid process management and contract structuring etc. in Urban Sector/ Sub-sector (Water/ Waste Water/ SWM/ Street Lighting/ Urban Transport etc.) of working with management consulting/ Infrastructure Advisory firms.  - Should have worked with clients in Urban Sector including Government (Centre/ State/ Local) and Multilateral/ Bilateral agencies.  Skills   - Strong project conceptualization, planning, and analytical skills  - Efficient Client management and Marketing skills   - Good communication (both written and verbal), Presentation and Report Writing skills   - Team management skills and ability to work in team   - Strong networking and relationship building skills  - Ability to multi-task and manage multiple assignments simultaneously   - Well versed in Urban sector/ sub sector and have independent view on likely future developments
