Immediate Position with Big 4 IN Bangalore for UK Individual tax

 JOB ROLE :

UK Individual tax

Roles and responsibilities

- Provide tax compliance and advisory services to a variety of clients (High Net Worth Individuals)

- Advising clients on a variety of tax issues

- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team

- Manage & review clients of varying size and scope and act as the first point of contact for onshore Engagement Lead

- Manage teams of tax professionals working on client projects

- Effectively manage the Business Unit to deliver to the expectations of the BU Partner In charge

- Overseeing complex tax compliance and consulting projects requiring tax analysis.

- Managing engagement workflow and engagement team resources

- Team with other professionals to identify new marketplace opportunities and grow the BIG 4 tax practice

- Delivery technical & process training to the members of the team

- Develop & deploy best in class processes and Quality practices through continuous improvement.

- Develop & deploy production metrics for each of the activities and build a continuous monitoring and improvement methodology

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 9 to 12 years of UK Individual tax experience in an accounting firm.

- Master's degree from an accredited college / university or ATT/CA Certification (Please note that any candidate hired by BIG 4 into this position that doesn- t currently possess one of the aforementioned credentials/designations will be required to secure one within one year from the commencement of employment)

- Strong knowledge of UK Personal Tax

- Experience managing multiple clients and client service teams
