Manager - Treasury Sell Down - NBFC (1-5 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
Portfolio assignment:
- Relationships with multiple Banks and was part of numerous Pari-Passu DA Sell-down tranches.
- Pool creation / selection vis-vis Sanction covenants
- Due-Diligence of Assigned Accounts [liaising with Operations]
- Loss-Assessment of the Pool by Rating Agency
- Drafting of DOA-POA-SAA [liaising with Legal], Execution of DA Agreements
- Transfer of Assets - Ensuring Disbursement and Flagging of Accounts in System
- Ensuring Monthly payout to Assignees [liaising with Accounts] and RBI Annexure submission
- Correspondence to Banks for NPA Slippage (Legal Actions: Sarfaesi) [liaising with Recovery]
- Enhancement of DA Limits
- Periodic interaction with Banks as part of Bank Relationship.
PSL Management:
- Identification of portfolio stock for PSL
- Collaborating with external CA agency for validation and certification of PSL accounts
- In case of MSME further classification vis-vis RBI guidelines
- Flagging of the PSL accounts in the system.
Compliance:
- Quarterly compliances such as RBI Disclosure Report submission.
Overall supervision and coordination:
- Ensuring aggressive timelines are met for overall assignment deal closure
- Regular meetings and reporting of assignment deal as a project with multiple stakeholders as participants, expected timelines for closure, the responsibility of provision of data, getting understanding with
- Following up with relevant SPOCs for the closure of data provisioning/certificate/working files etc.
- Escalation at regular interval as required, to ensure overall timelines are met
