Job Description:

- Knowledge of regulatory environment for NBFC including applicable Circulars,

- Regulations and Guidelines issued by RBI

- Help comply with regulatory guidelines in the areas of Treasury, Investments, Asset management, Liquidity risk management etc

- Undertake regular Liquidity stress testing for reporting to ALCO, submissions to bank's ICAAP & IFRS related processes

- Good understanding of NBFC Business Models vis- vis the Risk Exposures and effective control systems to mitigate such risks

- Prepare the periodic Board and Management reports

- Experience in setup of LOS, LMS and other systems, their functionalities, integrations with other financial systems

- Preparation and upkeep of internal and Board policies applicable to NBFCs

- Understanding of liquidity management, ALM and Credit ratings

- Working knowledge of financial accounting including Accounting Standards (IGAAP & IFRS), Audits and Corporate Law

- Ability to plan and prioritise activities whilst maintaining accuracy and adhering to strict deadlines

- Proactive attitude, willing to take ownership of problems and resolve them to a satisfactory conclusion within agreed timeframes. The ability to ask the "right" (problem/solution focused) question
