About Client : A Leading Mechanical / Industrial Engineering Company

Position : Manager - Treasury

Location : Navi Mumbai

Reporting to : Treasury Head

Criteria : Degree preferably in Finance with 8+ years work experience in handling finance, trade and cashflow Back office functions

Soft Skills : Analytical and problem-solving skills, planning, negotiation and multitasking

Technical skills :

Very good working knowledge of Ms-Office, SAP and willingness to adapt on other company specific tools.

Excellent Knowledge of treasury function (Cash flow, corporate payments etc.)

Experience in coordinating with different stakeholder across different regions

Job Purpose:- Responsible for back office operations of Global treasury operated of Europe

Responsibilities ":

- Preparation of month end valuations for global entities.

- Maintain bank account details of client entities.

- Keeping track of daily FX transaction approvals and daily EMIR / DTCC reporting.

- Maintain Hedge accounting details of client entities

- Monthly Quarterly and Year end reporting

- Responsible to handle Treasury operational deliveries (Payments).

- Payment processing through fund transfer orders (manual) and SAP system.

- Manage and resolve payment related investigations, such as amendments, recalls and cancellations.

- Work with banks to resolve pending cases and investigations

- Monitor and reconcile bank accounts.

- Prepare and distribute Treasury management reports

- Prepare, update and maintain the Standard Operating Procedures.

- Work towards improving efficiency & control of existing processes
