Manager - Treasury - FMCG (5-10 yrs)

CORE RESPONSIBILITES :

1. Group Strategic Re-Structuring & Capital Structure Initiatives:-

2. Fund Raising Initiatives :- Capex/ Project Finance/ Promoter Funding / Re-financing & Working Capital

- Promoter Funding under Loan against Securities ( LAS)-

3. Credit Rating for Company/ Instrument Rating & Investor Relations :-

- Instrumental in increasing the Long Term Rating with Crisil

- Stable & Short Term Outlook after a time span of 2 years. Evaluation of Bond Rating

- Ensuring proper coverage with the investor community in regards to active interest with the community.

4. Foreign Exchange Risk / Interest Rate Risk Management for the Group Globally -

- Lead role in Preparation/Review of Treasury Risk Management policy addition of derivatives like exchange traded futures and options.

- Refinancing of existing ECB loans with Banks with saving interest rate risk hedge.

- Availing the Legal Entity Identifier ( LIE) for the organization

5. Investments /Liquidity/ Cash flow Forecasting & Cash Management :-

- Increasing the Investments of the parent company at present with the help of internal accruals & changing the investment policy of the organization from investing in liquid funds to short term funds. Change in strategy from duration to accrual funds.

- Cash forecasting planning & monitoring of INR 200 cr of Cash flow for the Group every month, reduction in Interest rates & Bank charges by renegotiating sanction terms on trade finance facilities on renewal.

- Account Rationalization from Operating Bank Accounts across the Group

- Renegotiation of SLA/ CMS / POS/ Travel Card/ Leasing / Forex agreements with Banks.

- Negotiation of Fixed Deposit yields with Banks.

- Preparation of CMA for deciphering MPBF / Calculation and Allocation of DP among WC Banks

6. Trade Finance/ Export-Import Monitoring & Working Capital Management :-

- Instrumental in availing the Central Bank Exemption from RBI Caution list by resolving EDPMS issues

- Negotiation with existing Banks on interest rates linking it to MCLR/ leading to average cost of funds reduce.

- Reporting & Liaoning for APR with Banks to ensure transition of AD Banks post-merger with Hold Co.

- Decreasing the MEIS / Duty Drawback Receivables by operational zing the BRC process within the Group.

- Dealing in all possible trade finance products like Letter of Credit/ Buyers Credit/ Bill Discounting/ Packing Credit/ Rupee.

7. Treasury Operations & Regulatory Reporting / Secretarial Compliances -

- Change in Authorized Dealing Banks with regards to Group Banking Strategy/ on boarding of Banks

- Re -Reporting of Corporate Guarantees by Hold Co, availing of funds by Subsidiary Companies

- Single Point of Contact as per Escalation Matrix with internal stakeholders within Finance and across business groups.

- Daily monitoring of Limits / Funds Availability & day to day treasury operations.

- Final authorizer for issuing and circulating MIS to Promoters & Senior Management.

8. Banking Initiatives Internally / Negotiations with External Counterparts for Banking Agreements ;-

- Negotiating the Leasing Agreements for the Company for Car, IT Infrastructure like Laptops/ Desktops

- Introduction of One Debit Multiple Credit facility for Streamlining Payroll processing with HR Team.

- Introduction of PayPro module for streamlining all TAX Payments through one Bank with maker checker facility enabled.

- Appointments of LIE Agents / DPR Agents/ Trustee for Debt availed as Project Finance.

- Negotiations for Dividend Payments with Bankers etc.

Additional Accountabilities:

1. Provide performance and risk analytics to Board

2. Work with internal and external auditors.

3. Implement and manage treasury policies and procedures

4. Ensure accurate accounting of Treasury transactions

5. Provide performance and risk analytics to Board

6. Manage relationship with banks and other investors

7. Manage relationship with credit rating agencies

8. Tangible financial results in the form of cost savings, efficiency gains, yield enhancement and protecting profitability
