Manager - Treasury - BFSI

Job Purpose :

This role requires the candidate to be actively managing fund raising and investment activity for the company. Fund raising would be in form of term loans, NCDs, ECB and Commercial Papers.

Job description :

- Preparation of CMA/ proposals for bankers/ investors

- Meeting with the bankers/ investors for fund raising activities

- Managing end to end process including post drawdown processes

- Preparing timely treasury related MIS

- Supervising Daily cash flows

Essential Skills :

- Handled treasury functions of a HFC / NBFC

- Has raised funds independently in current role

- Aware of various regulations related to borrowings

- Good communication skill, multi-tasking skills and presentation skills

- Ability to work in a challenging and unstructured / dynamic environment in start-up environment

- Skilful in planning tasks and able to prioritize work and ability to work strategically

- Good Collaboration with various functions

- Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage - this is not essential. Only preferred.
