Position : Manager Treasury

Job Location: Lower Parel - Mumbai

Corporate Acquisition

- Adhering to compliances stipulated by RBI and SEBI.

Investments

- Formulating and execution of the Investment Policy for the Company and its subsidiaries.

- Managing an Investment Portfolio in excess of $ 100 million

- Conducting risk and return analysis for ensuring maximization of returns at an acceptable level of risk.

Working Capital Management

- Liquidity management through issuance of Commercial papers, Bank overdrafts and other short term financing measures.

- Cash forecasting, improving free cash flow through liquidity management tools like Corporate Credit Cards, Letter of Credit, Factoring etc.

- Non fund based facilities - Issuance of bank guarantees in excess of $45 million to vendors and airlines associations.

- Support and analysis of banking products on the acquiring / collection side i.e. POS, Net banking, Payment gateways etc.

Other Activities

- Preparation and Finalizing Treasury Budget which includes various finance costs, interest costs and investment income.

- Liaising with Credit Rating Agencies (CRISIL and ICRA) for ratings of the Company/ies and financial instruments.

- Relationship Management with Bankers, Mutual Fund Houses, Financial Institutions and others.
