Designation : Manager (Transfer Pricing)

Experience : 5-7 year of post qualification experience in Transfer Pricing along with some working knowledge of other direct tax.

Qualification : CA

Location : Dadar, Mumbai

Roles and Responsibility :

- Working knowledge of Indian income tax law

- Expertise in transfer pricing

- Updated on tax/Transfer Pricing developments in India and overseas

- Studied BEPS and understands its implications

- Ability to read and interpret case laws

- Legal research work on tax/Transfer Pricing matters

- Drafted submissions for scrutiny / appeals

- Handled assessments with seniors

- Independently handled transfer pricing compliance of at least 20 clients

- Handled at least 6-8 Transfer Pricing representation / advisory independently

- Handled CIT(A) / DRP proceedings independently or under supervision of seniors

- Drafting and researching on Tax Opinions

Skills :

- International taxation (compliance / representation / advisory)

- Argued / developed strategies for Transfer Pricing litigation

- Grasp over complex tax / TP issues and developments such as BEPS, GAAR, indirect transfers, AMP related adjustments etc.

- Agreement drafting and review

Managerial skills (compulsory) :

- Experience in managing a team of at least 3-4- persons (including 1-2CAs)

- Experience in handling clients independently

- Multi-tasking and delegation skills.
